Rate Schedule
This is a basic list of rates for Space Coast CAD Solutions, as of 12/11/2006.
CAD Design: $64/hr
CAD data translation: quoted per job (based on number of files, not file size)
Prototyping: quoted per job
Automation: $100/hr
Knowledge Based Engineering: $120/hr
CAD design rates include all design services performed in CAD. This rate is applicable to all CAD systems which we support. Supported CAD systems for design work currently include Catia V4, Catia V5, and KeyCreator. Rates may be charged hourly, or on a flat quote basis, depending on the type of job being performed, and customer requirements.
Automation rates are for VB, VBA, and CATScript scripting support.
Knowledge Based Engineering (KBE) rates apply to work performed using Catia Knowledgeware as the basis of the KBE solution.
CAD data translations are infinitely diverse by nature; therefore, we handle all translations on their own merit. We have deep discounting available for bulk translations. Additionally, we offer "one-touch" translation service, or full file conversion with parametric history. All file translations with history are done by hand. (not by use of feature based translators, which have their disadvantages, and seldom work as advertised) Bulk translations are generally done by batch converters, and are the cheapest option.
Prototyping is also a diverse field, and quoted on a per job basis. Depending on the prototyping process, lead time, complexity, etc., rates vary, sometimes substantially.
